Question: Is there anything about your job that you think you can improve, and why?

I’d like more time to focus on extra ideas that I have, but since I work in industry this is difficult as I need to focus on what’s important to the company. If you want to focus on more academic stuff, it may be better to work at a university (but they don’t pay as well). Most scientists/engineers have this industry/academia dilemma at some point in their lives!
