• Question: Why did you choose this contest?

      I didn’t know it was contest when I signed up. I just thought chatting online to highschool science classes about science sounded like it would be lots fun. (It is!) Then I discovered it was a competition and had to come up with a project for outreach. Lucky I’ve been thinking about the VR thing for a while and hopefully I will find a way to get it set up and running anyway no matter what the outcome of this competition is.

      My university is linked to 6 others on the contract that I work on, and so there is lots of sharing of outreach programs and ways to get involved.

      Somebody posted a link, and I thought it sounded interesting – I used to help out on Open Evenings at my school, so this is like an internet-based open evening!
