• Question: How do you feel to inspect a dead body from a crime scene?

      It does not feel good at all. I personally feel sorry for the victims, especially the ones who are dead. However, I have always enjoyed (in a good way) collecting samples at a murder scene rather than a burglary, because you know your work is going to catch a criminal who is a greater risk than a burglar!

      Complexity-wise, I think it is very complex to analyse samples from crime scenes involving GBH (Grevious Bodily Harm) and those involving biofluids like blood, saliva, semen etc. It makes our lives harder to collect, recover and analyse them in the laboratories.
