Question: What experiments do you want to do in the future?

I would like to do lots of experiments, but there is only so much time in the day. I want to try to engineer a more stable portal protein by introducing cysteine amino acids at specific places. Hopefully these amino acids will form a covalent bond (disulfide bond) and help stabilise the protein assembly in high temperatures and over longer periods of time.
